Original valid national ID card (or foreigner ID for non-Colombians).
Be of legal age (18+) to hold the product.
Fill in the single INOVACOOP membership form.
Personal-data handling authorization (Law 1581/2012).
Authorization to consult and report to credit bureaus.
Payment of the minimum membership social contribution.

Active INOVACOOP Visa or Mastercard.
Verifiable email and registered mobile phone.
Enrollment on the Visa/Mastercard site with an INOVACOOP OTP.

Documents must be current and original. INOVACOOP may request additional information based on credit or risk analysis for the product.
