Membership as a partner

  • Original valid national ID card (or foreigner ID for non-Colombians).
  • Be of legal age (18+) to hold the product.
  • Fill in the single INOVACOOP membership form.
  • Personal-data handling authorization (Law 1581/2012).
  • Authorization to consult and report to credit bureaus.
  • Payment of the minimum membership social contribution.

General investment requirements

  • Valid original ID of the primary investor.
  • Investor profile form (Superfinanciera Circular 100).
  • SARLAFT + FATCA/CRS + source-of-funds declaration.
  • Active savings or checking account at INOVACOOP for debits and credits.

Specific requirements: Renta Variable

  • Minimum opening amount from $1.000.000 COP.
  • Investor profile with high/moderate risk tolerance.
  • Written acknowledgment of potential partial or total capital loss.
  • Recommended investment horizon over 24 months.
Documents must be current and original. INOVACOOP may request additional information based on credit or risk analysis for the product.
